Much of the minerals needed by our bodies are airborne, and therefore

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO OPERATE?
Although the Planet's Water systems are designed for high efficiency,
like all electric machines they consume energy to extract the
water from air. The production of a liter of pure drinking water
costs far less than a liter of bottled water! The average cost
is about US$ 0.02 per liter of water, depending on local electricity
rates when it operates under designed conditions.
HOW DOES THE CAPACITY VARY WITH CHANGES IN THE RELATIVE
HUMIDITY?
The unit performs better in more humid conditions. Suggested is
a minimum of 35% of humidity
IS THE WATER'S SAFETY GUARANTEED?
Planet's Water; guarantees that the water delivered to the
internal storage tanks is good for human consumption as long as
the unit is operated and periodically cleaned as specified in
the user manual.
HOW LONG IS ITS LIFE SPAN?
If the unit is operated as designed and proper maintenance procedures
are employed, then the unit will operate well for one to two decades.
DOES THE COST OF POWER AFFECT THE COST PER LITER GENERATED?
Yes, the cost of power does affect the cost per liter of water
produced. To be independent of grid power, Planet's Water;
offers units that operate on gasoline, diesel fuel and solar panels.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE AIR FILTERS?
Air contains many particles and dust; it is the purpose of the
air filter to keep the interior components of the units clean
and dust-free. At the same time, the air filter ensures that no
particles contained in the air migrate into the water.
WHAT IS THE LOWEST HUMIDITY RATIO NEEDED?
For reasonable operation of the unit, it is recommended that the
humidity ratio should not drop below 35%.
